Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure hardware/software systems including workstations, servers, and network devices
- Troubleshoot technical issues for employees via ticketing system and remote support
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across company systems
- Document IT processes, procedures, and system configurations in knowledge base
- Assist with cybersecurity initiatives including vulnerability scanning and patch management
- Collaborate with team on infrastructure upgrades and system migrations
- Provide on-site support for office equipment and AV systems
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals
- Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems (Service Desk preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to research technical solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (not required)
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site support
