Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and chat for hardware/software issues
- Configure and troubleshoot Windows/macOS systems, peripherals, and network devices
- Document tickets and maintain accurate knowledge base entries
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex escalations
- Assist with software deployments and system updates

Qualifications
