Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and resolve user-reported errors.
- Document all incidents and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software updates across the organization.
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and supplies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and operating systems (Windows/Mac).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
