Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve user issues via ticketing system and remote support tools
- Deploy and configure workstations, servers, and cloud infrastructure
- Document IT processes and maintain knowledge base articles
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and access management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technology projects
- Participate in system maintenance and upgrade implementations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and networking concepts
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Familiarity with ITIL or IT service management frameworks
