Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems
- Deploy and configure hardware (PCs, laptops, printers) and software (Windows OS, Office 365)
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Wireshark
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware maintenance and software licensing
- Assist with cybersecurity initiatives including vulnerability assessments
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field OR equivalent experience
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
- Familiarity with Azure or AWS cloud services
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment installation
- Valid driver's license for occasional site visits
- Willingness to obtain Security+ within 6 months
