Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop workstations and peripherals
- Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity issues (LAN/WAN)
- Document IT processes, incidents, and solutions in ITSM tools
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols including endpoint protection and access controls
- Collaborate on cloud infrastructure projects (AWS/Azure)
- Support office AV systems and video conferencing setups
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Customer service experience with strong communication skills
- Problem-solving aptitude with analytical thinking
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Valid Oregon driver's license for occasional client visits
