Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via ticketing system and in-person requests
- Deploy and configure Windows 10/11 workstations, laptops, and mobile devices
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure including switches, routers, and firewalls
- Execute cybersecurity protocols including endpoint protection and access management
- Document IT processes and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and service contracts
- Participate in system upgrades and migration projects
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (preferred)
- Proficiency with Windows OS, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service aptitude
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment handling
- Valid Texas driver's license (for occasional off-site support)
