Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems
- Manage user accounts and permissions across Active Directory
- Document IT processes and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects
- Monitor system health and resolve service tickets within SLAs
- Assist with cybersecurity best practices implementation
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years of internship/volunteer IT support experience
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred
- Proficiency with Windows OS and Microsoft 365
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
