Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software.
- Maintain and update computer peripherals, printers, and network equipment.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Perform routine system backups and security patching.
- Collaborate with the senior IT team on IT projects and system upgrades.
Qualifications
