Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware and software issues via phone, email, and in-person.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, and peripheral devices.
- Manage software deployments and perform system updates and patches.
- Assist with network connectivity issues and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of IT assets and equipment.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the help desk ticketing system.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or certificate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems (10/11) and MS Office Suite.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and basic router setup.
- Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking abilities.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
