Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to resolve hardware/software issues via phone, email, and in-person
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS systems and peripherals
- Document all IT incidents, resolutions, and asset inventory in ticketing systems
- Assist with network setup, security protocols, and system maintenance
- Train employees on new software and IT best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT operations
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and cloud platforms
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (not required)
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site support
