Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop/laptop systems
- Document IT processes and maintain accurate service logs
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex problem resolution
- Assist with cybersecurity best practices implementation
- Support internal users through ticketing systems and remote assistance

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field OR equivalent experience
