Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and chat for hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and network devices
- Document all IT incidents, resolutions, and asset inventory in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers to implement security protocols and updates
- Assist with cloud service management (AWS/Azure) and user account administration
- Conduct routine system maintenance and performance monitoring
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (not required)
- Proficiency in ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow)
- Valid U.S. driver's license and reliable internet connection for remote work
