Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Document IT procedures and maintain accurate inventory records
- Collaborate with senior team members on network security initiatives
- Assist with cloud platform administration (AWS/Azure basics)
- Participate in user training sessions for new technology deployments
- Monitor system performance and escalate complex issues appropriately
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (not required)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
