Responsibilities
- Accurately input and verify large volumes of data into company databases and CRM systems.
- Assist senior analysts in cleaning and formatting raw data for reporting purposes.
- Generate basic reports and charts using Microsoft Excel and internal tools.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive company and client information.
- Identify and report potential data discrepancies to the team lead immediately.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to understand data requirements.
- Participate in daily team meetings to discuss project progress and challenges.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- No prior professional experience required—we teach you everything you need to know.
- Proficient with basic computer operations and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work full-time hours with occasional overtime during peak seasons.
