Responsibilities
- Assist end-users with hardware and software installation and troubleshooting.
- Resolve basic connectivity and network issues via phone and email.
- Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Perform routine hardware inventory checks and asset management.
- Support the setup of workstations for new employees.
- Conduct basic software updates and security patch management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within the IT field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy (Windows/Mac familiarity is a plus).
