- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues
- Assist employees with network connectivity and system troubleshooting
- Install and configure desktop/laptop equipment and peripherals
- Document IT processes and maintain service tickets
- Collaborate with senior team on security protocols
- Conduct routine system updates and maintenance
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone/email/chat
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work in standing positions
