Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for internal staff
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and in-person
- Document all support activities in ticketing systems

- Collaborate with senior IT on infrastructure projects

Qualifications
