Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues via email, phone, and in-person.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new workstations for incoming employees.
- Monitor system performance and report technical anomalies to senior IT staff.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of IT assets and supplies.
- Collaborate with the team to improve internal IT processes and user experience.
- Support the installation and maintenance of network peripherals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is a plus).
- Strong desire to learn and grow within the IT field.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
