Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of company workstations, printers, and network peripherals.
- Maintain accurate records of IT issues and resolutions in the company helpdesk system.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting for network connectivity and software applications.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement new software updates and security patches.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic operating systems (Windows/macOS).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems.
