Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist in system monitoring, maintenance, and security protocols
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects
- Support cloud services (Azure/AWS) and basic DevOps tasks
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (preferred)
- Basic understanding of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Valid Michigan driver's license (required for occasional client visits)
