Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of desktop environments and mobile devices.
- Monitor system performance and respond to help desk tickets in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement software patches and security updates.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Conduct basic network connectivity checks and printer support.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Basic understanding of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Linux or Mac operating systems is a plus but not required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
