Responsibilities
- Collect, input, and verify data from various sources into our internal CRM and database systems.
- Assist senior analysts in cleaning and formatting raw data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Generate basic reports, charts, and summaries using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Monitor data pipelines for errors or discrepancies and flag them for review.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to support data-driven decision-making.
- Organize digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- No prior professional experience required; we provide full training.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables are a bonus).
