Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various internal and external sources.
- Assist in the development of dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform basic statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems.
- Document data processes and maintain clear, up-to-date documentation for the team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Statistics, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of database concepts and SQL queries is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) is required.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
