Responsibilities
- Collect and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in the maintenance and optimization of our data warehouse systems to ensure data integrity.
- Create clear, concise, and visually appealing dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and normalization to prepare data for analysis.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Document data processes and methodologies to ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, or R is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic macros).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a high attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
