Responsibilities
- Assist in Data Collection: Gather and compile data from various internal and external sources to ensure accurate reporting.
- Data Cleaning & Preparation: Perform data cleaning and transformation tasks to ensure high data quality for analysis.
- Create Dashboards: Utilize tools like Tableau or Power BI to build interactive dashboards that visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support Reporting: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for management, highlighting trends and insights.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with senior analysts and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct basic statistical analysis to identify market trends and operational inefficiencies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of SQL and proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex problems.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail when handling data and creating reports.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting data insights.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
