Responsibilities
- Assist in Data Collection: Gather and clean data from various internal and external sources to ensure accuracy.
- Generate Reports: Create detailed monthly and quarterly reports for management using Excel and BI tools.
- Data Visualization: Develop charts, graphs, and dashboards to present complex data in an understandable format.
- Support Analysis: Perform basic statistical analysis to identify trends and anomalies in business data.
- Database Management: Maintain and update the company’s master database with new information.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to understand their data needs.
- Document Processes: Create documentation for data entry procedures and reporting templates.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and familiarity with SQL or Tableau is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to spot errors and ensure high data integrity.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain complex data findings.
- Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and troubleshoot basic data issues.
- Education: Currently pursuing a degree or recently graduated.
