Responsibilities
- Assist in Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and preprocess data from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Performance Reporting: Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- SQL & Database Management: Write and optimize SQL queries to extract data and perform complex analysis.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Support Decision Making: Present data findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and visually appealing manner.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and basic knowledge of Python or R.
- Tools: Strong working knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Analytical Mindset: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex datasets and identify patterns or trends.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
