Responsibilities
- Complete 40 hours/week of technical training modules covering CompTIA A+, Cisco CCNA, and AWS fundamentals
- Participate in hands-on lab exercises building and configuring enterprise networks
- Shadow senior engineers on client projects to observe real-world IT operations
- Contribute to internal IT infrastructure improvements under supervision
- Maintain training progress through weekly skill assessments and project deliverables
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on departmental initiatives
- Prepare for industry certification exams with dedicated study time and resources
Qualifications
- GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English (Grade C/4 or above)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and logical thinking aptitude
- Basic computer literacy (Windows OS, internet navigation)
- Passion for technology and eagerness to learn new skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Right to work in the United Kingdom
- Willingness to commit to the full 6-month training programme
