Responsibilities
- Complete 8-week intensive IT training curriculum covering networking, cybersecurity, and system administration
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to internal and external clients via phone, email, and chat
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware/software systems including Windows/Linux environments
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles for team reference
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex troubleshooting and system optimization projects
- Participate in rotational shadowing sessions with enterprise IT teams
Qualifications
