Responsibilities
- Participate in intensive paid training covering IT infrastructure, cloud systems, and security protocols
- Assist users with hardware/software troubleshooting under mentorship of senior technicians
- Document technical issues and resolutions using ticketing systems
- Learn network administration basics including router/switch configuration
- Develop customer service skills for technical support interactions
- Contribute to system maintenance and optimization projects
- Complete certification training (CompTIA A+, Google IT Support Professional)
Qualifications
