Responsibilities
- Complete intensive 8-week technical training program covering hardware, software, and network fundamentals
- Provide Tier 1 desktop support to internal staff including hardware troubleshooting and software installations
- Assist with system monitoring, maintenance, and basic cybersecurity protocols
- Document technical issues and resolutions using ticketing systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex infrastructure projects
- Participate in cross-departmental IT initiatives and shadowing opportunities
- Develop proficiency in industry-standard tools like Active Directory and Microsoft Azure
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Windows/Mac operating systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
