Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote desktop.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain accurate records of all support tickets and incidents in the ticketing system.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of new hardware and software.
- Collaborate with the wider IT team to improve overall system performance and user experience.
Qualifications
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English are desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (remote/hybrid consideration).
