Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person troubleshooting.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software systems.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues and hardware failures.
- Manage and update IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Respond to help desk tickets in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the team to improve internal IT processes.
Qualifications
