Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to clients via phone and email.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Conduct system maintenance and software updates as directed.
- Document all support tickets and resolution procedures accurately.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new junior support staff.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot complex escalations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in IT or related field a plus.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and operating systems (Windows/Mac).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
