Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software.
- Manage and maintain inventory of IT equipment and supplies.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement system upgrades and security patches.
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires regarding IT policies and tools.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer literacy (Windows and Mac OS familiarity is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
