Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support to enterprise clients
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems
- Monitor network performance and security protocols
- Document technical procedures and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex projects
- Participate in daily training modules and certification prep
- Support office IT infrastructure (VoIP, printers, security systems)

Qualifications
