Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for 500+ employees
- Deploy and maintain Windows 10/11 workstations
- Manage Active Directory and Azure AD environments
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues
- Document IT procedures and knowledge base articles
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and data protection
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
Qualifications
