Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote access
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues using industry-standard tools
- Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system implementations
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation (rotational schedule)
- Maintain security protocols for client systems and data
Qualifications
