Responsibilities
- Complete 40 hours/week of hands-on technical training covering CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ certifications
- Master enterprise-level systems including Windows Server, Active Directory, and AWS cloud platforms
- Develop troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network infrastructure issues
- Participate in simulated client support scenarios and real-world project deployments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions for Fortune 500 partners
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles for internal use
- Attend weekly professional development sessions with industry guest speakers
Qualifications
