Responsibilities
- Participate in 40 hours/week of structured training in hardware diagnostics, OS troubleshooting, and network protocols
- Complete industry certification exams including CompTIA A+ and Google IT Support Professional Certificate
- Apply learned skills through real-world scenarios in our simulated enterprise environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during shadow rotations with senior technicians
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles for future trainees
- Maintain professional development journal to track skill progression
- Contribute to community tech outreach projects as part of training curriculum
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred but not required)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to technical detail
- Basic computer literacy and comfort learning new software systems
