Responsibilities
- Deploy and maintain hardware/software systems across 200+ workstations
- Resolve Tier 1-2 technical tickets via ticketing system (ServiceNow)
- Conduct cybersecurity audits and vulnerability assessments
- Train end-users on Microsoft 365 and cloud applications
- Document IT procedures and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Basic computer literacy and troubleshooting skills
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
- Willingness to obtain CompTIA A+ certification during training
- Ability to lift 25 lbs for equipment maintenance
- Valid driver's license for occasional site visits
- Pass background check and drug screen
