Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues for internal clients.
- Perform routine maintenance on computer systems, printers, and network peripherals.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new workstations and software applications.
- Document technical tickets and resolutions in the Help Desk system.
- Collaborate with the network team to ensure optimal system performance and security.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic understanding of computer operations and operating systems (Windows/macOS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
