Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to internal employees via phone, email, and in-person troubleshooting.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of workstations and peripherals.
- Manage and update the IT asset inventory and documentation systems.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential technical issues.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement best practices for cybersecurity and data integrity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus).
- Willingness to participate in and complete our paid training program.
