- Document technical incidents and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement network upgrades and security protocols.
- Monitor system performance and report potential issues proactively.
- Conduct on-site training sessions for end-users on new software tools.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to learn new technologies.

- Reliable transportation to the San Jose office.
