Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist users with troubleshooting printers, PCs, and peripherals in a fast-paced office setting.
- Manage inventory of IT assets and perform basic hardware maintenance.
- Document all help desk tickets and resolution steps accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement software updates and security patches.
- Conduct basic orientation for new employees regarding company IT policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components and operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Reliable transportation required.
