Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.
- Monitor system performance and respond to help desk tickets in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement system upgrades and security patches.
- Document technical procedures and user guides to ensure knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic operating systems (Windows/macOS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting.
