Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktop hardware and software.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols within Active Directory.
- Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and backups.
- Collaborate with the network team to identify and resolve connectivity issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- CompTIA A+ Certification or equivalent technical knowledge is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic understanding of Windows operating systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
