Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security access.
- Assist with network connectivity issues and hardware repairs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues and resolutions.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Suite.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn new technologies quickly.
- Current enrollment in an IT certification program (e.g., CompTIA A+) is a plus.
