Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues via phone, email, and remote access.
- Log and track all help desk tickets in our ticketing system (Zendesk/Jira) accurately and timely.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.
- Communicate complex technical information to non-technical users in a clear, friendly, and professional manner.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to identify root causes of technical challenges and implement resolutions.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on the latest technology trends and protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or IT is a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Willingness to learn new software and adapt to changing technologies quickly.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (if remote).
- Ability to work full-time hours with occasional overtime as needed.
